BUPA Great North Run 2008 · 5 October 2008 ·

We are the only UK lung cancer charity dedicated to helping everyone affected by the disease. We fund essential research and provide much needed support, information and advice. We raise awareness and challenge the misconceptions of lung cancer. We do all this so those affected can expect better.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
For anyone who doesn't know me, i'm currently a student at The University of York studying Astrophysics. In my spare time i'm heavily involved in many sports and so decided to take part in the great north run with my cousin and uncle for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. This is a great charity that does a lot of very valuable work.
I've only run one half marathon before in Fleet and am looking forward to the great north run with the ambition of raising as much as possible.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
Thanks for taking the time to look at this page, and hopefully donating.
