Hi Everyone,

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and for your support. Whilst in Malawi, my goal is to cycle 400kms in six days and to raise £2300 for the British Urological Foundation.

The BUF was set up to improve the management of urological disease. Some of the funds being raised through the cycle challenge will be used to train more surgeons and surgical teams in robotic assisted surgery, to help improve patient outcomes for those people with prostate and bladder cancers. Currently not all patients have access to robotic assisted surgery - the British Urological Foundation is helping to introduce this treatment option in the UK through its mentoring programme which helps train and supports the surgical teams involved.

I would be very grateful if you could consider sponsoring me to Cycle Malawi in the quest to make robotic assisted surgery for prostate and bladder cancer available for more patients in the UK.

Best wishes and thanks again for your support.
