This  will be my third Flora London Marathon(FLM) for the British Forces Foundation(BFF) and after receiving all the kind donations from the last two FLM the charity is £3151.34 better off.

I will take this opportunity to promote some of its members and explain the impotant role the charity carries out for our troops. The BFF has been in operation for about 8 years, the Patron is the Prince of Wales, its President is Baroness Thatcher and one of its trusees is Jim Davidson OBE. The role of the foundation is to provide shows for troops at home and abroad on operations, in places like Iraq and Afghanistan.
