On August the 30th 2009 I will be taking part in the Great North Bike Ride! The ride starts at Seahouse, in Northumberland and then finishes at Tynemouth Priory. In total the ride is 54 miles and follows the famous coastal route.

The Lucas family started the Great North Bike ride and have seen it grow from just 6 competitors to 1800 in 2008. They hope that 2009 will top the 2000 competitor mark and make the difference REAL for Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer patients and their families!
