Despite swearing on a stack of bibles (and in very colourful language) never to run another marathon, I find that I now am.  So Coach (aka Ian Storie) and I (that's us pair of idiots to the left) are pounding the pavements between Maroubra and Watsons Bay on a regular basis so we can torture ourselves one more time.
