Jen and I have become far too comfortable in our relationship, so to test how much we really like each other we've  decided to cycle from London to Paris together!

We will be going over 300 miles and wearing padded lycra for 4 days!

Now I have to disclose that we are cheating slightly in our journey... After much deliberation we have realised that sailing a pedalo over the channel was neither safe or possible (apparently they normally come 2nd best in a game of chicken with a ferry!) so we have decided to go with the ferry!

Aside from testing our relationship, we are also trying to raise a target of £2000 for the U Foundation. The U Foundation aims to help others by raising awareness of the basic living conditions faced by people, especially children in developing countries. It helps to promote self sustainability through the provision of food, water and shelter, supporting the local people in creating a brighter future for themselves.

The U Foundation is currently raising money to build nursery schools and support education projects in remote parts of Zambia, so our sore bums will be for a great cause!
