A brief moment of inspiration (insanity as it is known by others, especially my husband Mark and my sons!!!) has turned into a long cycle ride through the countryside of Vietnam at the end of October 2007.  I will be cycling to support charitable causes that have always been close to my heart.  These have always been for orphanages or disadvantaged children, more recently those living in Kazakhstan. I have decided to support the BEARR Trust which supports such NGOs, both in Russia and the ex-soviet Union .
