In just under a fortnight, Lesley Smith, Alpha Scotland’s Youth Alpha Manager, will lead a Youth Global Alpha Training (GAT) trip to Liberia in West Africa. The aim of the GAT is to put tools in the hands of believers to use Youth Alpha to reach out into their communities and beyond. The local Alpha office only have funding for 50 delegates and are having to turn a further 50 away who want to be trained for lack of funds. This is where we would love your help!

We want to maximise the potential of this trip, so are asking you to prayerfully consider sponsoring one or more delegates to attend. Just £20 will enable one African delegate to attend the 3 day GAT in Liberia. It would be fantastic to see all 100 delegates who want to come able to attend.

After a generation of Civil war in Liberia, we now have this opportunity to reach many young people with the gospel. The Alpha Scotland Chairman and I have taken a few sponsorships each to get it started. Can you help us? Together we can make a difference.
