Okay it's that time of year again when everyone you know asks you to sponsor them in the Great North Run.

Well you should sponsor someone so why not me?! I'll be slogging my way through the 13.1 miles again and have chosen to raise money for Samaritans this time around. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that they're a worthy cause.
