At the end of January, I plan to ski 3 Marathons in 3 Days in an effort to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.  I will be paying the cost of the 'holiday' but want to use the opportunity to raise as much as I can in the process. 

For many years I have become familiar with the effects of MS on individuals and their families - a close friend's mother has been bedridden with MS for a number of years, only occasionally and for short periods can she get comfortable enough to be taken out in her wheelchair.  In another case a 35 year old mother of a young child is now wheelchair-bound due to MS.

It is a disease without cure and much work is needed in continuing to research what can be done to prevent, cure and relieve the symptoms of MS, and of course there is an extraordinary body of support including nurses, carers, helpers and so on that needs financing.

All help would be very much appreciated.
