Spring is in the air which must mean that it's Connemarathon time again!

On 22 March 2009 I will be running a half marathon in Connemara, Ireland in memory of Frank Haines, a friend who died running the same race 3 years ago. I should really appreciate it if you would sponsor me in this endeavour - all money raised will go to the Frank Haines Memorial Trust which funds youth work in Tower Hamlets, London. Over the past year the Trust has contributed to some fantastic causes in this area - your support will help us keep up the good work. All donations will be very gratefully received.
