Worthing Churches Homeless Projects - Arundel Castle Abseil Challenge · 17 May 2008 ·

Turning Tides, previously WCHP, believe that everyone has the right to a home, regardless of the difficulties and issues they may face in their lives. We believe in showing those who need our help that the wider community are there to support them and to offer hope for a better future.

Story

Hi guys and thank you for visiting the site.

I decided to do this challenge as I have always liked the idea behind the WCHP and when my father died I gave them all his clothes and just the other day gave them a tv.  The residents are always so pleased and grateful and happy to help that it makes me want to help them more.

As you all know its difficult for me to run or walk too far so I thought this was a perfect opportunity to do my bit, as there's no excuse for not being able to abseil!

I'm sure it will be pretty daunting, I drove past the castle recently and nearly died when I saw, and took note, of how tall it is!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Worthing Churches Homeless Projects will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
