I am fundraising for Transform Housing and Support because they provide accommodation and support to some of the most vulnerable people in society, people that might otherwise get forgotten and become homeless often through no fault of their own. Transform Housing help people from a variety of backgrounds, including teenagers, people leaving care, older people, people with mental health issues and people with a physical or learning disability.
