My story

Hello.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and I hope I can make it worth your while!
As you may know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Aug 2002. My girlfriend, Helen Edwards, was diagnosed a few weeks earlier, she bravely battled the disease for eight years. Sadly her funeral was held 19th May 2010.
In memory of Helen's tenacity, strength and courage I will be taking on Breast Cancer Care fundraising challenges, and there are plenty of them.
Next... wait for it... to the 2012 London marathon!!! And this from the girl that has only ever run for a bus.
Breast Cancer Care were, and are still, there for me. With this we can ensure it is there for anyone who needs it, whenever they need it.
I am very proud to be their ambassador.
