To all you lovely people sponsoring me, can I just say that I'm walking it not running... The very thought makes me weak...

<p>In June, I'm going out with a team of Stafford doctors and nurses - headed by International Needs UK - to give medical care to adults and children in remote villages in Ghana, some of whom will never have received medical treatment before.&nbsp;</p> <p>As part of the fund raising efforts to make this trip happen, I've accepted the mad challenge (probably my maddest yet) of walking 100km (over 62 miles!) - from London to Brighton - in less than thirty hours.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are interested in sponsoring me, you can do so through this page. &nbsp;And don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box if you're a UK tax payer - the charity will get extra money at no additional cost you.</p> <p>Any donation, however small, will help to make this trip possible and my blisters more bearable. &nbsp;Thank you!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
