I did my 22miler test run last Sunday (Lizzie made me do it) and all I can say is OUCH!, but I managed it in 4 hours, so all that Brecon training has come out tops - thanks Lizzie and Kyles, for urging me on!

Hope you'll all come along to cheer me on at the 20mile mark, when I'll be thinking longingly of the pub!
