Asics British 10K London Run 2011 · 10 July 2011 ·

We are the UK's leading charity dedicated to supporting people affected by lymphoma, the most common blood cancer in the UK. We've been providing trusted information and support since 1986, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma. We're here for you, every step of the way.

Story

So... my last running efforts were the 1500m race at school which I seem to remember as utterly horrendous! Running 10k is certainly going to be a challenge!

The charity I have chosen to support is the Lymphoma Association, they provide support to people with Lymphoma (a blood cancer), their families, friends and carers. They are also involved in research to find ways to treat this cancer.

This is a cause which is very close to my heart, and you don't realise the importance of these charities until you are affected by it, please give generously.

For the cause, or my blood sweat and tears!

Thanking you all for your support.

Amanda

video can be found by copying this link: http://www.lymphomas.org.uk/wmv/lymphoma.wmv
