Hi everyone,
As you know im turning 21 on the 17th May, its not always been an easy road, but here I am :)
To celebrate I am trying to raise money for BLISS-the premature baby charity. WHY? well as many of you know I was so keen to get into the world that I was born 3 months early, weighing just 1.5lbs (or less than a bag of sugar as we say in my house) and gave the doctors and my parents lots of probs to deal with, such as having holes pop in my lungs due to them not being developed properly and eventually having to have most of the right one removed. But thanks to the dedication and hard work of the doctors and nurses and the perseverance and not giving up hope of my family im here today :)
Where am I now in the journey that is life? As well as it being my birthday, I will graduate with a degree in Wildlife Conservation this year, having studied at Plymouth Uni for the past 3 years and then hope to go on to do a Masters in Zoo Conservation Biology in September. Then after that, who knows?? the jungles of Borneo?? The skies the limit!!
