I have decided to run the Women's 10k again this year. I have set myself a challenging target of completing this is under 1 hour 12 minutes. Well, this is challenging for me when you see my previous times!

I am running to raise funds for Ayrshire Cancer Support. The charity supports cancer patients and their families. We as a family received support from the charity and this is my way of trying to thank them for that support.
