FINISHED!!!!!

At 11.30 on Friday morning the team crossed the finish line completing the 665 mile journey. A huge thanks to everyone who donated, we raised just over £2500 from this event alone. What a tremendous effort!! A special thanks to Steve King, Mark Walker and Sidney Johnston who helped the team clock up the miles.

Watch this space for updates on the UPprentice challenge, and keep bidding in the silent auction! Closing date 11th November.

aMec'n Money are raising money for CLAN (Cancer Link Aberdeen & North) through the UPprentice challenge in Aberdeen. All proceeds from this 6-week fundraising challenge will go directly towards the 'CLAN 123'. CLAN is an independent charity for anyone affected by any type of cancer at any time from diagnosis onwards

aMec'n Money are doing a Sponsored Cycle tour of AMEC's UK offices, taking us from Aberdeen to London via Darlington and Great Yarmouth. Unfortunately, due to the time constraints of the UPprentice this event will be taking place indoors on an exercise bicyle - nontheless, this is still a mammoth challenge and is sure to work up quite a sweat!

The cycle starts on Monday 26th October and we will be seeking sponsorship and donations throughout this week! Please show your support by sponsoring us using this page or by contacting Iykay.Onyemaobi@amec.com.

We are also hosting a Silent Auction and are asking people to pledge items that people could bid for. This could be anything from tickets, food and drink to an offer of a skill or hobby, and anything inbetween. If you think you have something to offer please contact Peter.Fraser@amec.com.

Many Thanks.
