I am raising money for Little Havens Hospice, Benfleet in Essex, its in memory of a beautiful little girl called Millie who was diagnosed with a extacranial rhabdoid tumour in the back of her neck at birth.

After going through extensive chemotherapy and surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital it was looking like she was in remission in July 2008. Unfortunately in October 2008 Millie was taken ill, MRI scan showed that in-operable Cancer had spread to her brain and spine.Millie deteriorated very quickly and was in need of 24 hour care. This came in the form of the Little Haven Hospice who provide children and there families with interim or end of life care.

Millie left us November 2008 aged just 1 year and 3 weeks old. Thanks to the Little Haven, Millies last few weeks were made pain free and dignified.
