After 2.5 years of running around of a different kind (marriage!), I am coming out of 'retirement' to run the London Marathon a third time. I have also decided to set myself another challenge and will be trekking to the Base Camp of Everest in May 2008.

Along with the added benefit of shedding some pounds, I will be raising money for deprived children in Kenya via Action Aid.
