Craig and I are running the Run To The Beat half marathon on the 28th October in London to raise money for Macmillan. They do incredible work and we want to help them continue to do so, albeit in a small way. The level of care they provide is so important, it would be wonderful if it was there from the beginning for the whole family.

So please dig shallow or deep and donate. Through sweat and tears we hope to raise as much dosh as possible for this brilliant charity.
