Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Lucy was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in March 2010 when she was just two years old. Lucy wears an insulin pump 24 hours a day and also a CGM sensor. She is such a brave, funny little girl and she lights up our life.

We want to help JDRF in their search for a cure. Mangaing type 1 diabetes is not easy. It's a constant, ever present and serious condition. But it certainly doesn't stop Lucy from being the cheerful soul and cheeky character that she so wonderfully is.

We would like to thank everyone who has donated Lucy's charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
