British 10K London Run · 14 July 2013 ·

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most common cause of disability in young people. Once diagnosed it will affect the rest of a person's life. The charity MS Research is “Looking forward to seeing the back of MS!” We aim to fund high quality research and to seek better ways of treating MS.

Story

Thank you in advance for donating.

I am running 10k for MS Research training and education because MS is a disease very close to my heart. I know 3 good people who have it, one of whom is my boyfriend.

I don't believe that MS gets enough support and not many people really understand what it is or how it affects people. It has many symptoms and affects everyone differently.

Please take some time to find out and look at http://www.mstrust.org.uk/information/what-is-ms/

I can't imagine the daily struggles people with MS go through and how desperate everyone is for a cure. That's why I wanted this particular charity to get the money.

10K and aching legs for a few days afterwards is absolutely nothing in comparison. So please dig deep and help me help them.
