In memory of Suzanne Jennifer McCormack, we want to raise money for the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust. The Joseph Weld Hospice in Dorchester gave mum wonderful palliative care in 2000, and the Trust needs charitable support to continue its work. See their website at http://www.weld-hospice.org.uk/
