Women are still getting breast cancer and dying from it. That’s why Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer have joined forces to become the UK’s largest dedicated breast cancer research charity. And with your help, together we can put an end to breast cancer, once and for all.

Story

Sadly 10 weeks after the four of us reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, my aunt lost her battle with Breast Cancer on Easter Sunday, 24th April, 2011.

She fought for 12 months after she was re-diagnosed with secondaries, having beaten the disease 8 years previously and didn't stop fighting until the very end.

I am extremely lucky to have had such an amazing person for my aunt and will never forget that without her in my life I wouldn't have taken on such a tough challenge (nothing compared to hers though), which will stay with me for ever. She will be sadly missed by so many people.

Thanks to all of you who have supported us and now for the next challenge.................
