In November 2013 I will be cycling 500km, from the Pacific to the Caribbean, across Costa Rica. Given I haven't ridden a bike in years, it should be an interesting challenge! Funds raised will go to support the Live Well campaign, funding the first UK wide dementia carer's programme.
