The Brittle Bone Society provides support for people affected by the rare, and painful bone condition Osteogenesis Imperfecta. It provides specialist advice, support and equipment to people with the condition, their families and carers, medical and other professionals.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta is a rare and very painful, debilitating disease. It's also known as Brittle Bone Disease and the people who suffer from it can break a bone simply by sneezing. Imagine going through your day-to-day life knowing that even something as simple as sneezing could result in a broken bone!

The Brittle Bone Society help adults and children all over the UK that suffer from OI, however serious, providing support and much-needed equipment (such as specialist wheelchairs and walkers) through fundraising. It also helps the parents of OI children to be able to provide a life that is as normal as possible.

In the coming months I am going to be taking part in the Big Fun Run in Liverpool, as well as holding a Fun Day and hopefully other fundraising events. I'll update when I have exact dates.

So please donate and help BBS to support the adults and kids in the UK who suffer from this disease!
