Believe it or not I am back again to endure the 26 mile jog around London. This time I have made sure I put the hours of training in so that I dont leave everyone on the streets waiting until dawn to see me running along !!! Whether this will help me or not is a mute point !

I am running in aid of The Iain Rennie Hospice at home who provide 24 hour nursing care to cancer and other terminally ill patients in the dignigity of their own homes.
