UPDATE: I finished the Great South Run in 1 hour 45 mins and 27 seconds!!!

I have rather rashly volunteered to do The Great South Run in aid of DELTA which is a great charity and a cause close to my heart - it's 10 miles so I'm going to need some motivation to keep training and to make it to the finish line!
