My personal message:

Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I know each and every one of you is busy. I'm running in the British 10K race on July 6 to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK. As some of you know you know my mother had bowel cancer 12 years ago but has beaten it to live and enjoy her six grandchildren and be an inspiration to her own three children. For this reason it's always been a charity I wanted to support. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.
