I am very happy and relieved to have completed this 45 (eek!) mile cycle ride and to have raised money for the Prince's Trust. The last time I did a long distance cycle ride was 20 years ago - so it was always going to hurt (even with silly looking padded cycling shorts)!

The Prince's Trust do some fantastic work to give practical and financial support to people from ages 13 to 30 have often had their early lives disrupted in some way and who are now unemployed,  struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. Please support this cause if you can :-)
