For me Cancer Research Wales is a special charity and to be given the chance to fulfil a promise to my inspirational late husband Eifion, is an opportunity I cannot miss.

I am under no illusion on how hard running a marathon will be; it will take me totally out of my comfort zone but I am determined to finish the race as a tribute to Eifion whilst raising valuable money for Cancer Research Wales.
