This year is a big one for me... Im doing the Pretty Muddy 5k on Saturday 18th July and then the following day I'm running the 5k race for life.... 

4 1/2 years ago I met a wonderful, amazing lady. after spending what felt like an eternity in hospital together after giving birth to our wonderful girls, we became great friends...then 4 years ago I took part in my first ever race for life with her by my side..... Ive took part every year since always running for 'The Future' but this year I will be running for my friend who sadly lost her battle on 17/4/15.  it wont ever be the same without our morning chats and putting the world to rights at the breakfast club rush. the world has lost a wonderful mother, wife and friend.
