This is the 4th year I've done this ride but this time I'm doing it for my home town Charity Isabel Hospice.

I've chosen this charity for my next challenge as in 2013 My Cousin Michelle Webb Husband was Diagnosed with Terminal Pancreatic Cancer and the Isabel Palative Care Team was their to support Michelle though Graham's last month of life in their home. Then Supported her with Counselling after & I know if she wanted anything now she could call them  & they would be their still supporting her. Such a Great Organisation who are their for so many people at their Darkest hours & help them though it. 

As you All know I'm a keen cyclist and out on my bike every week for quite a few years. I've completed several bike challenges over the years London - Brighton & Last year Willow Foundation 60 Miles where I came 2nd. Well better get training & next week back cycling to work. So PLEASE Help me raise as much money as I can for a Great Charity that do Amazing Work in Hertfordshire. Plan to Finish in under 5 Hours fingers crossed. So Please Dig Deep for Me & I know Michelle will be Very Grateful also as the Charity is Very close to her Heart.
