April 5th 2010 will mark the 10th anniversary of the tragic death of Kevin Speight and Chris Loftus. Kevin was a great friend of mine and is still greatly missed today.

The family and friends of Chris and Kevin feel that they wish to commemorate this significant milestone and have decided to raise money for Candlelighters childrens cancer charity in their memory.

Family and friends are holding one fund raising event a month between September 2009 and April 2010 and I have decided to take part in the Leeds to Skipton (and back!) 60 mile bike ride, even though until two weeks ago I didn't even have a bike! I have been training hard for the last few weeks and hope to complete the course in 8 hours.
