On June 23rd i will be running 69 miles from Carlilse to Newcastle, along Hadrians Wall and down the Tyne valley for the Emma Newton Fund. This is my first "Ultra Marathon" The Equivelent of 2 London Marathons, a Great North Run and an extra 3.5 miles.....in one day!
