I am taking part in the carten 100 which is a 100 mile cycle from Cardiff to Tenby.

I am very proud to be doing this challenge with two of my close friends Luke Jones and Cory Haynes.

Luke and myself will be doing this together as a pairing on a handcycle. Cory will be attempting to complete the 100 miles singly on his push bike. Luke has done many charity challenges with me but this will be one of the most challenging as he will be using a hand cycle rather than his regular push bike. Cory is incredibly enthusiastic towards fitness and he supports me when riding and always pushes me to try harder.
