Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

We did it!

We trekked up to 4400m and thankfully didn´t get too badly affected by altitude sickness. It was an amazing experience and absolutely worth all the pain. Of course we have also raised a fantastic amount of money for CRY and want to add another massive THANK YOU for all your support.

We´ll be sending in a write up for the CRY website soon, so will add the link here ASAP. This website is still open for donations so if anyone would like to support this great cause it´s really easy to donate online. Please note that any donations will go to CRY as we have paid our own expenses. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

CRY is a small charity carrying out essential work in the field of Sudden Death Syndrome in the young. Their work is helping to save lives and at the same time providing support to those affected by the unexpected death of a young person.  More info at www.c-r-y.org.uk

Many many thanks again for all your support
