Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. On 6th September I completed the Bristol Half Marathon in two hours and thirty-five minutes to raise funds for Advantage Africa, the charity my wife Jane and I founded in 2002.
It was the first time I had ever entered a race like this. So as you might imagine, I was pretty weak and wobbly after running 13 miles, and quite ecstatic to finally reach the finish line!
I'm really grateful to all my many sponsors who have together raised so much money for Advantage Africa. Your support will help change the lives of people affected by poverty, disability and HIV by restoring dignity and hope to people in need like Tabitha and Nzisa featured in the video opposite.
