Thank you for visiting this fundraising page which is in memory of our baby son Adam, who we were privileged to have known during his short life.

Adam received wonderful care in the intensive care unit at the Evelina Children's Hospital before passing away peacefully in his Mum and Dads arms on Wednesday 18th March 2009.

We hope that the donations received through this web page can help the hospital continue to provide much needed care for very ill babies and children from across the South East of England and further afield.
