Hi everyone!

Yes, I know it's completely mad, but I really am going to spend five days trekking at high altitude more than 6,000 miles away - if you help me raise enough sponsorship.

It's 70 miles or so of tough, hilly terrain from Cusco to Machu Picchu, so please don't think you're just supplementing a relaxing holiday abroad! It's going to be a difficult challenge for someone who thinks twice about walking to the local shop.

The event will take place in September 2009, but I need to have collected the sponsorship by July 9, 2009. I'll be holding fundraising events between now and then, but ultimately I'm relying on your kindness in making a donation.
