I am 2 days away from crossing the Panama Canal after nearly 8 months and 12,500km on an unaided bicycle ride from the Arctic Ocean in Alaska. Its for an environmental TV documentary series called Going South, that will follow the journey and film various local projects with the aim to raise awareness of climate change and solutions to combat global warming:

If I make it through the 8 months it will be very rewarding as its been less than a year since I starting walking again after the 'leg incident' - see the video attached.
