The Arthur Rank Hospice Charity supports patients, families, staff and volunteers at Arthur Rank House, the adult Hospice in Cambridgeshire. The Charity is totally responsible for funding the Day Hospice and co-funds the Hospice at Home Services as well as providing vital financial support to the in-patient unit.

Thank you for coming this far - and for those who have sponsored me in previous years too, I do promise to stop soon!

This is my 5th London Marathon.  As in previous years, I am running for an organisation to which I owe special thanks: this year I am running for Arthur Rank House  which is our local Hospice in Cambridge. It  was established in 1981 to help people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their families. Della works there as a volunteer and so we see at first hand the amazing job they do.  Here is a link to their website:

Despite carb loading since December, I calculate that I'll hit the wall just outside our Canary Wharf office at 25 Bank Street... so if you want entertainment!
