This is my 5th London Marathon.  As in previous years, I am running for an organisation to which I owe special thanks: this year I am running for Arthur Rank House  which is our local Hospice in Cambridge. It  was established in 1981 to help people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their families. Della works there as a volunteer and so we see at first hand the amazing job they do.  Here is a link to their website:
