Story

In March 2008, I will be participating in Dog Sledding 2008 in aid of Action Cancer. Sledding over 200 kilometres from our base camp into the wilds of the most northern European country of , this event will prove the ultimate challenge. I will be putting in 12 months of physical training to prepare myself for this 8+ hour a day challenge.

This is a unique challenge. An odyssey of ice, the teamwork between man and dog means the difference between life and death. Myself and 9 other team members will need to go right back to basics, and effectively re-learn the simple truths of life as a result of their experiences.

I have pledged to raise £4800 for Action Cancer, so they can reach more people with the vital message that early detection saves lives. Can you help Action Cancer achieve this by supporting me in this challenge?
