I was a rugby player in my youth but was never really required to run and nature hasn't  particularly equipped me to run, as you can see. I've never attempted a half marathon before but I jumped at the opportunity when it was "suggested" to me by my wife who, to be fair, is also running.

Please give anything you can to spur me on and embarrass me into finishing.
