Well, I did it! And had a thoroughly good time in the process. The day was hot but the organisation was terrific and the crowds absolutely tremendous.  I would like to say a huge thanks to all those who supported me both financially and with their good wishes, it all helped to get me across the line.  I believe this page will be active till July so if you'd like to make a donation you have a bit more time.
