At the end of June 2009, I'm going to be cycling from London to Paris with my dad and a few others to raise money for Wessex Heartbeat. Last year my dad had a fairly serious heart attack but thanks to Wessex Cardiac Centre at Southampton General Hospital, he's made a full recovery

We're going to be cycling from Greenwich to Dover then on to Paris from Calais - a total of 300 miles in four days.
