Once again, I am trying the challenge of Japan's Oxfam Trailwalker, a 100 km hike/race which has to be completed within 48 hours.

Due a broken shoulder which prematurely ended my snowboarding season this season, I am in much worse shape than I was last year.   Nevertheless, this event is for a good cause which motivated me a bit to back into shape.
